Apprentice of the Year | Cecil & Larter Volvo

Greg Dawson awarded Apprentice of the Year

Not only has our Volvo apprentice Technician Greg Dawson already received certification of his Intermediate Apprentice in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, and the Level 3 Award in Automotive Refrigerant Handling qualification, he is now in the top three apprentices from Volvo’s round one of their third year apprentice of the year 2016.

Greg has now completed the further two rounds.

Round 2 – Completion of Advanced Apprenticeship, including Level 3 VCQ, VRQ and any outstanding Functional Skills units in English, Maths and ICT before the end of November 2016.

Round 3 – Once the round 2 is completed, apprentices will then be invited to compete in the final round of the finals day where a range of skills will be assessed again. This is likely to take place in Mid-March 2017.

Greg has now been awarded the Apprentice of the Year award.

Greg is delighted to have won, and Cecil and Larter are so proud to have such a promising and successful technician within their staff.
