Creating the V50 Sportswagen started with some rather unexpected matchmaking. Unlikely couples such as athletics and aesthetics, functionality and form and subtlety and power were introduced and with a little encouragement, these relationships blossomed into something truly unique, a car that leads the way through the beautiful application of unconventional wisdom.

The Volvo V50 Sportswagen is available in 1.6D DRIVe, a series of modifications, adjustments and enhancements designed to make it easy to reduce both your impact on the environment and your running costs. All V50 1.6D DRIVe models produce only 104g/km Co2. Also available as the sporty R-Design model including a body-kit, rear spoiler and 17" wheels o the outside and, on the inside; superbly comfortable sports seats with unique leather upholstery, sports gear knob, pedals and floor mats.

V50 ES. The comprehensive specification includes ECC (Electronic Climate Control), 16” alloy wheels, DTSC (Dynamic Stability and Traction Control), passenger airbag cut-off switch, power windows, leather steering wheel and gear knob, information centre, floor mats, roof rails, a CD system and auxiliary input for MP3 player.

V50 SE. The SE model brings added luxury to the Volvo V50 Sportswagen. Textile/T-Tec upholstery, aluminium inlays, cruise control and steering wheel remote controls on the inside are complimented by 17” Serapis alloy wheels, autofolding power door mirrors with ground lights and fog lights on the outside.

V50 SE LUX. The most luxurious version offers leather-faced upholstery, 17” Spartacus alloy wheels, active bending xenon lights with headlamp cleaning system.

V50 R-Design. The striking exterior lines are enhanced with 17” Cratus alloy wheels with full bodykit and logo on the grille. The unique interior design is complimented with embossed Leather/T-Tec upholstery, sports steering wheel and unique aluminium inlay.

V50 DRIVe. DRIVe is a series of modifications, adjustments and enhancements designed to make it easy to reduce both your impact on the environment and your running costs. All V50 1.6D DRIVe models come with Start/Stop technology to produce lonly 104 g/km CO2 and fuel consumption up to 72.4 mpg on a combined cycle which means there is no vehicle tax to pay.
