VOLVO GETS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SCORE IN 2017 UK CUSTOMER SERVICE INDEX STUDY
Volvo is ranked 6th out of 22 manufacturers in the study, up from 17th in 2016.
J.D. Power has released its annual Customer Service Index, which measures customers’ satisfaction with their manufacturer for maintenance and repair work.
Volvo has achieved a score of 793 points, and moved from 17th place in 2016 to 6th place in 2017. This reaffirms Volvo's position as a premium car manufacturer and is a positive reflection of both VCUK’s and the Dealer Network’s efforts in continuing to enhance customer satisfaction.
The Customer Service Index is based on the surveys of 6,753 respondents who registered their new vehicle between February 2014 and April 2016. A total of 22 manufacturers are given a score on a 1,000-point scale, based on customers’ satisfaction with their service dealers.
