extraordinary walker raises money for leukaemia
East Anglian John Reeves climbed the three highest mountains in 24 hours to raise money for Leukaemia.
John successfully completed the 'Three Peaks Challenge' in 2007 with the sponsored support of Cecil & Larter Ltd.
He raised over £5000 for the trust in memory of his son Tim, who sadly died of acute Leukaemia at the age of 23.
They started at 4PM on saturday afternoon in Scotland and travelled to Scafell Pike for 3.30am, then onto Snowdon in Wales.
Ray Cawston added, When John approached me to see if we could help, I was touched by his story and delighted to support him. What he is doing for Leukaemia-on behalf of his son- is a fantastic tribute and he should feel tremendously proud.
